Bracken and Diley LLP is a Casualty consulting firm formed to provide professional services for domestic and none domestic casualty insurance companies. T. James Bracken and James R. Diley are Liability Casualty Consultants with over 80 years of combined claims handling, managerial and consulting experience with large commercial and personal lines claims insurance carriers. They have worked for a multitude of insurance companies including Continental Insurance Company, American States Insurance Company, Westfield Insurance Group, Crawford and Company, Aetna Life and Casualty Company, Maryland Casualty, Safeco Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company.

Our areas of expertise include Litigation Management; Bad Faith Claims; Products liability claims; Mortuary Professional Liability; Landlord Liability including wrongful eviction and rental code violations.
